Talos, an institutional-grade platform for digital asset markets, is hiring a Senior Associate, Recruiting in New York. You will own end-to-end recruiting for Revenue & Operations roles, partnering with hiring managers to shape scope, strategy, and candidate profiles.

The role emphasizes sourcing, relationship-building, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving pipeline. You will engage with senior leaders, utilize Ashby for lifecycle management, and contribute to recruiting

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across agency and in-house roles.
• Ability to source and close candidates across multiple functions in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System; Ashby experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Revenue & Operations roles, partnering with hiring managers to define scope and strategy.
• Source, engage, and close candidates across commercial and operational functions across multiple markets.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of passive and active talent.
• Drive recruitment lifecycle in Ashby, with RecOps supporting scheduling and admin.
