Job summary

InterWest Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a strategic recruiting partner to leadership, building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical client-facing roles across Commercial Insurance, Surety, Employee Benefits and Personal Insurance.

The TABP will own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance, develop proactive pipelines, and leverage market intelligence to inform hiring strategies across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on insurance brokerage.
• Proven success sourcing and placing Brokers, Account Managers, Account Executives, and client-facing roles in Commercial Insurance, Surety, Employee Benefits and Personal Insurance.
• Strong existing network within the insurance industry; ability to build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep relationships with leadership to anticipate hires and understand business strategy.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for brokers and client-facing roles across Commercial P&C, Personal Lines and Employee Benefits.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and negotiate competitive offers.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and competitive dynamics to leaders.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS and produce reliable reporting.
