Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Proven success partnering with executive leaders on strategic hiring and workforce planning.
• Experience recruiting for specialized, executive, and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of the specialty insurance landscape (P&C) and related functions.
• Analytical, with ability to interpret recruiting metrics and market data.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized and leadership roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for top-tier passive talent.
• Build relationships with candidates and industry networks for pipelines.
• Ensure rigorous assessment of leadership potential and fit.
• Mentor hiring managers on interviewing and best practices.
• Champion DEI throughout recruitment.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, technology, and metrics.
