WGI seeks a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner in West Palm Beach to lead recruitment across multiple divisions. You will serve as a trusted Talent Advisor, partnering with VPs and business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and deliver full-cycle recruiting for Corporate, Engineering, Operations and more.

You will balance hands-on sourcing with strategic market insights, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or HR.
• Proven success with direct sourcing and recruiting complex, senior talent.
• Experience recruiting civil, electrical, environmental, building, construction and transportation engineers.

Aufgaben

• Functions as the primary TA advisor for assigned divisions or locations; builds strong business relationships and aligns recruitment with goals.
• Owns full-cycle recruiting for priority, complex roles from intake to onboarding.
• Lead job intake, recruitment kickoffs, and ensure hiring requirements and compensation guidelines are met.
• Develop sourcing plans, timelines, and set expectations with hiring managers.
• Lead calibration/debrief discussions to ensure objective candidate evaluation.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver a coordinated, high-quality candidate experience.
