Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recruiting experience, with focus on technical roles.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Experience working with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs, locales and strategies.
• Consult with managers on offers, active recruitment searches, and local employment market conditions.
• Source both active and passive job seekers via Internet, referrals, job fairs, cold calls, and social media.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and experience.
• Conduct and schedule candidate interviews with various hiring managers.
• Initiate hiring process including verbal offers, drug screens and background checks.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.
• Participate in special projects to enhance the Recruiting department's functions.
