Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Care, and other non-tech roles across the US. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, deliver a superb candidate experience, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong executive presence, and experience with ATS platforms (Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, SeekOut) to forecast

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Proven use of data/analytics to inform recruiting strategies.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels.
• Agile, curious, and solutions-oriented in changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Customer Care, and non-tech roles.
• Partner with HR managers and leaders to align hiring priorities.
• Use market insights and analytics to inform strategies and forecasts.
• Provide high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience through proactive communication.
• Share recruiting updates and insights in HR/business meetings.
• Improve sourcing methods, tools, and processes for effectiveness.
• Educate leaders on market trends and onboarding best practices.
