Gartner is seeking a Recruiter to source, assess, and place top talent across business units in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You will form strong partnerships with hiring managers and actively manage candidate pipelines to meet strategic hiring goals.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage diverse sourcing channels, maintain robust candidate databases, and contribute to Gartner's mission of delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years' experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
• A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results.

Responsabilités

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned business units.
• Develop understanding of profiles by forming and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
• Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates.
