The role oversees pipeline development, outreach, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer management, and initial placement while aligning consultant goals with client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with Epic staffing needs within healthcare organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting processes from sourcing to placement.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple openings with urgency and attention to detail.
• Experience using ATS, preferably HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own consultant network development and pipeline ownership to meet business demand.
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting from outreach through first placement.
• Match consultants to client opportunities based on capabilities and goals.
• Collaborate with client/consultant teams to ensure successful placements.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate documentation in the ATS.
