Job summary

Evergreen is seeking a Consultant Engagement Director to lead full lifecycle recruiting, build robust consultant pipelines, and coordinate placements across active client opportunities. You will own pipeline development, candidate engagement, and placement execution with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and service excellence.

This role focuses on healthcare staffing contexts, requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, and offers a starting salary of $87,500+, with bonus eligibility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced healthcare staffing or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with Epic and Epic-related staffing needs.
• Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, submission, interview coordination, and placement.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Ability to manage multiple active openings with urgency, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience using ATS, preferably HubSpot, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own consultant network development and pipeline ownership to meet business needs.
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting and placement from outreach to first placement.
• Match consultants to opportunities aligning capabilities and goals.
• Collaborate with client and consultant teams to ensure successful placements.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and recruiting activity in HubSpot.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline status for reporting and improvements.
• Drive rapid placement while ensuring high-quality candidate experience.
• Communicate progress and feedback to candidates and clients clearly.
