This role owns pipeline oversight and placement, aligning consultant capabilities with client needs and sustaining an exceptional candidate experience. The position offers a starting salary of $87,500+ with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume healthcare staffing or talent acquisition environment.
Familiarity with Epic and Epic-related staffing needs within healthcare organizations.
Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting processes from sourcing to placement.
Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
Ability to manage multiple active openings with urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Own consultant network development and pipeline ownership for fast placement.
Lead full lifecycle recruiting from outreach through placement.
Serve as market expert on talent trends and candidate priorities.
Maintain a high-quality pipeline through ongoing relationship management.
Champion consultants to the business with clear articulation of strengths and fit.
