Continental Properties is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, HR Ops, and HR Business Partners while partnering with hiring managers and candidates.

We offer a flexible/hybrid environment with remote work up to two days per week after onboarding. The role focuses on onboarding, background checks, and administering HR tasks to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of administrative HR experience preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Post and close jobs in ATS and niche job boards, schedule interviews (in-person and virtual), and coordinate candidate travel.
• Talent Management & Development: Assist with talent management processes and support the You Belong Here DEI program.
• Team Member Onboarding: Draft offer letters, conduct background checks, and facilitate onboarding and orientation.
• Additional Responsibilities: Prepare and manage expense reports, employee reporting, and general administrative support.
