Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Corporate HR Director in Menomonee Falls, WI, to lead Benefits, HRIS, and HR Services for a growing manufacturer. This hybrid, permanent role reports to the Chief HR Officer and guides five direct reports, shaping HR strategy across locations and acquisitions.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience including corporate Benefits/HRIS.
• Experience leading an HR service function across locations.
• Strong benefits administration, HR systems, vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate HR strategy, annual priorities, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead Payroll/HRIS Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and HR Service team.
• Build and improve centralized HR services with standards and performance metrics.
• Standardize HR processes across locations and ensure state-specific compliance.
• Own HRIS optimization, Paylocity configuration, integrations, and self-service.
• Maintain HR data integrity, security, and audits; deliver headcount/recruiting reports.
• Oversee multistate payroll, benefits administration, and vendor management.
