Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across Finance, IT, Operations and other functions.
• Ability to translate business priorities into hiring strategies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Strategy Partner for assigned business functions.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from planning through onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for future leadership needs.
• Coach interviewers on structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to forecast hiring challenges and improve processes.
