Kinder's is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy to help build and evolve the company’s strategic capabilities as it scales toward a billion-dollar business.

You will partner with the CEO, VP of Strategy, and leadership across functions to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency through rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or equivalent.
• Experience with strategy, corporate development, or transformation.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of long-term strategic plan with executive leadership.
• Oversee corporate development, evaluations, and integration planning.
• Drive business operations improvements and change management.
• Own high-priority strategic initiatives spanning multiple functions.
• Develop executive materials and present findings to leadership.
