Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Elevation to architect and operationalize enterprise talent strategies across a large, distributed organization. You will co-own the talent philosophy, governance, and multi-brand roadmaps with the VP, Talent Strategy & Elevation, and execute programs in collaboration with HRBPs, L&D, and HR Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years owning or co-owning enterprise-level talent management programs
• Experience architecting talent review, succession, and performance systems inside a large, distributed organization
• Ability to travel up to 25% and partner with field leaders

Responsibilities

• Co-own the enterprise talent strategy with the VP, Talent Strategy & Elevation
• Own the operational spine: calendars, toolkits, governance, analytics, and launch readiness across brands and functions
• Collaborate with L&D, HR Operations, and HRBPs to deliver talent programs
• Design and govern enterprise talent reviews, calibration, and hi-potential identification
• Drive succession planning, internal mobility, and career pathing frameworks
• Lead workforce planning and organizational effectiveness diagnostics across the portfolio
• Travel to centers and field sites to learn brand nuances and network with leaders
