You will work across corporate strategy, development, transformation, and enterprise initiatives, building models, conducting market analysis, and presenting findings to senior leaders. This role emphasizes ambiguity, ownership, and impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or another highly analytical operating role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced Excel and financial modeling skills expected.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to translate analyses into concise recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a fact-based map of potential new categories, markets, and growth platforms for Kinder’s.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for priority opportunities, including possible paths to enter and win.
• Build analytical models and scenarios to evaluate options and inform resource allocation, collaborating with cross-functional leaders.
