Job summary

Kinder's is actively expanding and seeking a Contract Sourcer to join our team. You will identify and engage exceptional talent across corporate, commercial, manufacturing, and functional roles, building robust pipelines and delivering high-quality candidate experiences.

This contract-based role partners with our Talent Strategy team to map markets and boost hiring velocity. The ideal candidate enjoys sourcing, networking, competitive research, and building relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in high-growth consumer products or related industries.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates across multiple functions and levels.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong internet research skills and compelling outreach writing.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development across multiple functions.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, referrals, networking, and industry associations.
• Create long-term talent communities to support current hiring priorities and future growth.
• Explore new sourcing techniques, AI-powered recruiting tools, and innovative methods to identify top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipelines in Greenhouse; support multiple searches simultaneously.
