Job summary

Leapbrands is seeking a Director of Talent Operations to lead and optimize talent operations across a fast-growing, multi-unit organization. You will oversee systems, processes, analytics, and the employee lifecycle for a distributed workforce.

The role partners with HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership to build scalable talent programs, improve workforce performance, and ensure readiness for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent operations, HR operations, or talent management.
• Experience supporting a large, multi-unit, geographically dispersed workforce; fitness, hospitality, retail, restaurant, healthcare, or franchise environments preferred.
• Experience building and scaling talent processes across a rapidly growing organization.
• Strong understanding of workforce analytics, talent management, performance management, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, talent management systems, and workforce analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise-wide talent operations strategies.
• Oversee talent processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance, and succession.
• Develop scalable systems and standards for HR and talent operations across locations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and field leadership on workforce planning and staffing models.
• Establish and monitor talent KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Analyze turnover, engagement, retention, and mobility to identify improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve retention, leadership, and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Develop policies and best practices across corporate and field operations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
