Job summary
Leap Brands is seeking a Director of Talent Operations to lead strategic and operational talent initiatives across our growing, multi-location fitness organization. You will own workforce analytics, policy development, and scalable systems supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through succession planning.
The role partners with HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership to drive performance, retention, and capability development at scale while ensuring compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of talent operations or HR operations experience.
- Experience supporting a large, multi-unit, geographically dispersed workforce.
- Strong analytics, workforce planning, and performance management knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide talent operations strategies aligned with growth and objectives.
- Oversee lifecycle processes: onboarding, performance, succession, retention, and development.
- Develop scalable systems and standards for HR/talent operations across locations.
- Partner with field leadership to plan staffing, recruiting priorities, and workforce planning.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
- Drive initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and leadership pipelines.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to close capability gaps and build programs.
- Ensure policies and practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
