Job summary

ITCON Services is seeking a Recruiting & Workforce Mobilization Lead to design and execute a rapid, scalable recruiting strategy for a dynamic CQA workforce, overseeing the full lifecycle from sourcing to deployment.

The ideal candidate will partner with WFM and operations, build reserve pipelines, monitor recruiting metrics, ensure compliance with federal requirements, and drive continuous improvement to meet contract-driven staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce mobilization.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruiting and pipeline management.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-volume recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to deployment.
• Coordinate background checks and personnel processing.
• Align hiring with forecasted staffing needs and training schedules.
• Maintain reserve candidate pipelines to mitigate attrition.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and conversion rates.
• Support rapid ramp-up and ramp-down as contracts change.
• Ensure compliance with policies and federal regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
