Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business or related field, or 11+ years full-life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience directing/mentoring recruiters and guiding stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition practices, sourcing methodologies, and labor market trends.
