Job summary

ICW Group, headquartered in San Diego, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive the full lifecycle recruitment process. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while shaping hiring practices.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and recruiters to build a strong talent pipeline, manage offers, and promote ICW Group as an employer of choice across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
• Certifications CIR/CSMR preferred.
• Knowledge of CA labor laws related to staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Attraction strategies and sourcing for enterprise-wide roles.
• Coordinate ads on online boards, internal postings, and school postings.
• Proactively recruit through college relations, job fairs, and military recruitment.
• Build and maintain a network of industry, academic, and community contacts.
• Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs and timelines.
• Close candidates and negotiate offers; manage onboarding processes.
• Promote Employee Referral Program and college recruiting initiatives.
