Job summary

Joint Commission is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to drive operational execution for enterprise leadership development, starting with Elevate High Potential Leader Program launching in 2027. You will blend program management with Workday Talent and Learning expertise, coordinating stakeholders and delivering high-touch participant experiences.

You will manage end-to-end logistics, ensure data integrity, and support continuous program improvements while maintaining discretion and calm

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
Three+ years of experience managing programs or projects in leadership development, talent management, or related environment.
Ability to run complex, high-visibility programs with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and sensitive information.
Strong experience with Workday Talent and Workday Learning or closely comparable platforms.
Excellent project planning, organization, written communication, stakeholder coordination, problem solving, and attention to detail.
Professional presence and ability to remain calm, discreet, and effective under pressure.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook) and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

Manage leadership programs from design to launch, with disciplined project plans and risk management.
Coordinate Elevate High Potential Leader Program: onboarding, assessments, coaching, sessions, and alumni follow-through.
Run the operating rhythm for the leadership portfolio across levels and ensure repeatable delivery.
Maintain standards, calendars, templates, rosters, dependencies, and lessons learned.
