NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Principal Talent Management Program Manager to shape enterprise-wide talent initiatives. You will steer strategy, governance, and execution across performance, succession, and leadership development with broad cross-functional impact.

You will partner with senior HR leaders and analytics teams to translate business priorities into scalable processes, reports, and leader enablement, driving continuous improvement and global consistency.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex, enterprise-wide talent programs.
• Experience partnering with senior HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience building executive communications and leader enablement materials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of cross-functional talent management programs.
• Own end-to-end governance for high-visibility talent processes.
• Translate talent strategy into scalable processes and operating rhythms.
• Partner with HR, analytics, and communications teams to drive integrated solutions.
• Define measurement strategies and synthesize data to inform decisions.
• Lead change management and adoption for new talent processes.
• Identify gaps and drive solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Influence priorities across stakeholders without direct authority.
• Create and maintain implementation resources and documentation.
