Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager Talent Management to lead our learning and development strategy.

You will design and deliver training programs, manage the LMS, and guide a team of Talent Management professionals to drive employee growth and business performance. The role requires strong instructional design, facilitation, and data-driven decision making, with remote-based work within the USA and collaboration with senior leaders on leadership development initiatives such as

Qualifications

Requires experience implementing and evolving leadership and talent management programs.
Ability to work with all levels of management with organizational impact.
Expertise in organization, leadership and talent models and methodologies.
Familiar with dashboards, metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and facilitate custom programs for managers and staff.
Create engaging learning experiences and course content to improve retention and application.
Lead multiple projects and coordinate with internal/external SMEs; manage design and implementation.
Provide leadership and drive LMS targets and end-user experience improvements.
Translate business strategy into leadership requirements and gain cross-functional support.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Build and manage talent development solutions with HR and leadership teams.
