Job summary

Performance Food Group, based in Richmond, VA, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A to model and analyze financial data and support the capital planning process. This role contributes to annual plans and monthly forecasts, aggregating data from multiple business segments to ensure accuracy and provide insights.

The analyst will maintain and improve financial models, collaborate with departments for data, and deliver KPI inputs for strategic decisions, supporting the finance team with data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or FP&A.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with high technical aptitude.
• Understanding of financial statements and finance concepts.
• Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating across Finance, Accounting, and Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital planning reporting, including data aggregation and executive materials.
• Build and assess CapEx models to evaluate investments.
• Monitor capital expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
