The role involves data analytics, process improvements, and on-site support as needed by the site HR Manager. A dynamic, collaborative professional with strong analytical and communication skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support HR transformation and process improvement projects across multiple sites and an international location.
• Prepare monthly HR data analytics reports and respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership.
• Use analytics, AI, and automation tools such as Excel, Power Automate, and HRIS systems to support data-driven decisions and improve HR operations.
• Help develop and implement scalable HR solutions that support employee engagement and business objectives.
• Identify organizational challenges, recommend improvements, and support change management initiatives.
• Maintain and improve HR processes, systems, and tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and PeopleSoft, to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Provide guidance and support to leaders to help strengthen team performance and effectiveness.
• Contribute to HR and business projects, including cross-functional and global initiatives.
