Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Palm Bay, FL seeks a Lead, HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR partnership across the Intel & Cyber sector, including Microelectronics Division, Tactical Products and Force Protection. You will influence workforce planning, talent development, and succession in a cleared environment.

Lead with data-driven insights, collaborate with Centers of Excellence, and coach leaders to enhance organizational capability while managing a portfolio around $250M in revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience;Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Experience in a matrixed environment preferred.
• Strong data-driven HR partnering and talent management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for designated client groups within the Intel & Cyber sector.
• Support the Microelectronics Division, Tactical Products, and Force Protection areas on HR matters.
• Provide data analysis and HR project management support for sector initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to drive talent actions, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Coach leaders to address human and operational aspects of the work environment.
• Travel up to 10% and support a cleared workforce.
