Job summary

You will work with department heads, develop postings, screen applicants, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with city policies while delivering timely, high-quality recruitment services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of related professional experience in human resources.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Social Science, Liberal Arts or related field.
• Experience with public-sector recruitment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages high-volume recruitment activities from requisition through onboarding.
• Develops job postings, screens applicants, coordinates referrals and interviews, and ensures compliance.
• Partners with departmental leadership, providing proactive communication and recruitment support.
• Maintains recruitment records, monitors KPIs, and prepares staffing reports and documentation.
• Identifies recruitment challenges and implements strategies to improve efficiency and service.
• Demonstrates urgency, accountability, and high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
