Job summary

Volunteer State Community College seeks Administrator of Talent Engagement to oversee recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and improve selection processes. You will train interview techniques, design recruiting plans, and ensure compliance with employment laws while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include using data metrics, managing ATS, collaborating with Marketing and other services, and producing reports for state boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process and align with business goals.
• Use recruitment metrics to drive improvements and reporting.
• Advise hiring managers and search committees; ensure positive candidate experiences.
• Develop recruiting strategies and candidate profiles; manage ATS activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; support special projects.
