Job summary

RGP is seeking a Recruiting Director to develop and execute integrated talent strategies that support client demand, growth, and workforce capability across assigned markets. You will blend talent acquisition and talent management, overseeing the full talent lifecycle and partnering with Sales to ensure timely access to top talent.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology, while maintaining strong candidate experiences and data integrity in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition (staffing, consulting, or professional services).
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Proven ability to develop talent strategies that support demand, workforce needs, and growth.
• Strong sourcing, workforce planning, deployment, and retention expertise.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines and improve sourcing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate demand, identify capability gaps, and surface revenue opportunities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles, including sourcing, interviews, assessment, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain internal and external talent networks across priority industries and markets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity and compliance in the ATS.
• Develop proactive external pipelines to support project needs and client demand.
• Drive process improvements and data-driven decision making across talent functions.
