Job summary

RGP in Boston is seeking a Recruiting Director to lead integrated talent strategies that align with client demand and growth. You will own full lifecycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology, partnering with Sales and consulting leadership to deploy top talent.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders, and a track record of building robust talent networks in the Boston market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Strong sourcing, talent assessment, deployment, and retention.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to partner with Sales and leadership in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand and surface revenue opportunities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Build trusted consultant networks and engage internal and external stakeholders.
