Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience with full lifecycle recruitment.
• 5+ years leading and developing full cycle recruiting teams.
• Experience creating and executing TA strategies in complex/high-growth orgs.
• Ability to translate workforce demand into priorities and capacity plans.
• Experience managing external recruiting partners (RPO, agencies, exec search).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters with clear priorities and accountability.
• Translate business objectives into actionable talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for immediate and long-term needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand priorities and labor-market challenges.
• Establish priorities based on impact, urgency, and resources.
• Monitor funnels, pipeline health, quality, velocity, and offer acceptance.
• Use data/market intel to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Drive proactive sourcing and pipeline development including passive candidates and referrals.
• Oversee external recruiting partners and evaluate performance.
• Determine when to deploy external resources for specialized needs.
• Promote consistent, high-quality recruiting practices across the org.
• Ensure a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tech, and reporting.
• Stay current on talent-market conditions and emerging practices.
