Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Adult Education required.
• Minimum four years of corporate training experience.
• Experience delivering formal and interactive presentations to varying audience sizes.
• Preferred experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• HR experience with policies, procedures, and employment law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates in-person, virtual, or blended learning experiences requiring public speaking and classroom management.
• Plans class availability and schedules with relevant departments and team members.
• Develops facilitator guides and selects instructional methods (individual, group, e-learning, lectures).
• Partners with HR and leaders to create modern learning experiences for operations leaders and teams.
• Designs programs and content aligned with adult learning theory and engagement best practices.
• Manages training requests, scoping work, and delivery of instruction or resources.
• Ensures curricula and materials are updated and of high quality.
• Develops assessment models to support ongoing team development.
• Acts as a strategic partner in planning large-scale development sessions.
• Annually evaluates learning programs and provides revision recommendations.
• Interprets survey data to support operational teams.
