Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Talent Management Manager to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent programs that support employee growth, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and learning initiatives.

This role partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to build scalable programs, processes, and tools that attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, recruiting, or HR.
• Experience designing and implementing HR programs and processes.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS, LMS, and talent management systems.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical programs, tools, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy, processes, and best practices.
• Design and manage enterprise talent development programs.
• Own and maintain the performance management process and annual cycle.
• Lead succession and continuity planning programs.
• Manage learning management system (LMS) and learning pathways.
• Coordinate compliance training and HR program communications.
