University Health seeks an experienced learning and development professional to design and implement programs that enhance employee competencies and performance. The role builds relationships across levels to ensure alignment with the health system's strategic plan.

The candidate will architect, manage, facilitate, and evaluate development initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional team, contributing to measurable business outcomes in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, I/O Psychology, HR Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Master’s degree or post-graduate coursework preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in talent development or organization development designing, facilitating, and managing learning programs at the leadership and program level.
• Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.
