Qualifications

• Five years in workforce development or related fields, including three years in project management.
• Experience with grants, community programs, and data analysis.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce strategies for recruitment, onboarding, upskilling, and career pathways.
• Partner with leaders to assess staffing needs across sites and programs.
• Coordinate grant-funded initiatives and track outcomes.
• Build partnerships with schools, vendors, and community orgs.
