Job summary

UCFS Healthcare is seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to design, implement, and oversee all employee training programs. You will partner with leadership to assess needs, develop strategies, and measure effectiveness across the agency.

You will build SMEs, create microlearning, supervise program rollout, and revamp performance evaluations. This full-time role offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, public health, education, human resources, or related field.
• 5+ years designing and delivering training across diverse audiences and departments.
• 3+ years managing direct reports with a track record of improving performance and culture.
• PM/Lean/Six Sigma cert preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce development initiatives across the agency.
• Build stakeholder committees to support trainings and provide feedback.
• Identify training needs via surveys, interviews, and research.
• Create microlearning experiences across the organization.
• Establish SMEs to support training resources.
• Oversee implementation of training programs, including scheduling and coordination.
• Build evaluation systems for performance management and ensure UCFS standards are applied.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs for continuous improvement.
