Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the United States. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for clients, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications to ensure a strong candidate experience.

This temporary 3-month project requires a proactive, metrics-driven recruiter capable of building networks, using market intelligence, and delivering quality candidates for client needs. Strong ATS and MS Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including market research and passive sourcing.
• Ability to exceed performance goals and adapt based on feedback.
• Maintain clear pipeline communication to clients and candidates.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Execute recruitment strategies with clear articulation of client relationships.
• Able to manage changing priorities and collaborate with a recruiting team.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with ATS and social media recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify, screen, interview, and gather feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management.
• Develop proactive strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet weekly/monthly submission and hire goals and maintain ATS reports.
