Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• PHR/SHRM or Talent Acquisition certification preferred.
• Seven+ years of progressive recruiting and selection experience.
• ADP Workforce Now proficiency required.
• Experience recruiting for industrial operations, office, and managerial positions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create and execute recruiting strategies.
• Source, pre-screen, and present qualified candidates.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines via job boards, online sourcing, social media, networking, referrals, job fairs, associations, colleges, and alumni groups.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and the offer process.
• Build and maintain local and national staffing agency relationships.
• Initiate, review, and interpret background checks, pre-employment screenings, and reference checks.
• Use ADP Workforce Now to manage and track applicants from requisition to onboarding.
• Provide ATS training and support to hiring managers.
• Manage Employee Referral Bonus Program.
• Develop and facilitate New Hire Orientation and Onboarding Program.
• Maintain weekly and monthly recruiting reports and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
