Job summary

Citizens is seeking an Development Consultant within the NExT program to advance the Consumer Bank's people and talent ecosystem. You will connect HR strategy with frontline execution across multiple workstreams, shaping scalable talent and change plans aligned with workforce priorities and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management with executive-level collaboration.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting abilities.
• Experience applying change management methodologies and culture transformation.
• Certifications in change management or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments of structures, culture, and skills to identify opportunities.
• Lead change initiatives and develop adoption strategies at all levels of the org.
• Design and implement talent management and leadership development programs.
• Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align org goals with talent strategies.
• Develop and deliver training to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Engage stakeholders to secure buy-in for OD initiatives.
