Job summary

Citizens is advancing NEXT, a multi-year HR transformation program aimed at aligning the branch network, leaders, and frontline teams to improve growth and customer outcomes. The NEXT HR Program Manager will partner with HR, business leaders, and consultants to move strategy into execution.

In this role you will coordinate across governance forums, track milestones, prepare concise updates, manage risks, and ensure readiness before pilots and scale.

Qualifications

• 8 years of program management experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong HR, talent, onboarding, learning, performance, and colleague readiness fluency.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into leadership-ready updates and materials.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and roadmaps for the People & Talent workstream.
• Manage cadence, governance, status updates, decision tracking, and follow-up to keep the work organized and moving.
• Coordinate across the HR Lead, Development Partner, HRBPs, consultants, SMEs, and cross-functional partners to align plans as NEXT initiatives move from design to pilot, activation, and scale.
• Prepare executive updates, risk, readiness, and issue-management materials for governance forums and leadership discussions.
