Job summary

You will consult with senior leaders on organizational design, coach leaders, and act as a culture champion focused on inclusion. The role involves partnering with HR COEs and data analytics to drive decisions that align with business metrics and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10 or more years of human resources, business or managerial experience.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR disciplines/COEs and operational inner workings.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, recognize trends and recommend action.
• Ability to recognize needs, solve problems, anticipate issues, and develop employee centric solutions using strong analytical, business and financial acumen.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with business leaders and presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise and business line talent strategies.
• Consult with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness and act as a culture champion with focus on inclusion.
• Aids the business through advanced people analytics and workforce data to improve decision making.
• Partner with HR COEs, Employee Services, and HR Strategy to plan and execute charters.
