The role coordinates HR-related work across teams, governance forums, and partners, ensuring readiness before pilots, activation, or scale.

The ideal candidate connects business and HR, tracks milestones, and communicates clearly to executives while ensuring practical delivery across complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience providing program management expertise for complex, business-level projects.
• Understands HR, talent, workforce, onboarding, learning, performance, and readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership-ready materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing across diverse groups.
• Experience in financial services, PMO delivery, operating model redesign or related transformation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and roadmaps for the People and Talent workstream.
• Manage HR workstream cadence, governance routines, status updates, decision tracking, and follow-up.
• Act as central connector across the HR Lead, Development Partner, HRBPs, consultants, SMEs, and initiative owners.
• Drive milestone visibility, ownership, decisions, and dependencies across workstreams and HR efforts.
• Prepare updates for steering committees and executive governance forums with pre-reads and follow-ups.
• Design and facilitate workshops and readiness activities to enable change and adoption.
