Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum two years of RPO full cycle recruitment experience.
• Minimum three years in a candidate generation role with proven hiring success.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for Hiring Managers on requisitions.
• Perform intake calls with Hiring Managers to clarify position requirements.
• Gather market intelligence and share with internal team.
• Build candidate profiles and present to meet client deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize candidate recruitment strategies.
