Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Delivery to drive recruiting strategies for a key client in Portsmouth, NH. You will partner with clients to forecast staffing needs, manage budgets, and oversee SLA/KPI performance, while mentoring a team of Talent Managers.

The role requires 5-7+ years in recruitment management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to operate in a matrix environment. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-7+ years of equivalent work experience.
• At least 5-7+ years of related recruitment management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project documentation, organizational presentation, and managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Mail, Calendar, Shared Drives).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist account staff in a matrix-based environment to meet staffing requirements.
• Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews internally and externally.
• Audit and verify invoices, billing accruals, and client reporting accuracy.
• Lead team meetings to review SLAs and KPIs, perform root cause analyses, and drive improvements.
• Coach and mentor team, delivering feedback and training to reach goals.
