Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Specialist Recruiter/Talent Advisor to manage full‑cycle recruiting across core and growth roles, including leadership hiring up to Senior Manager level. You’ll work independently on standard and moderately complex searches with market insights and governance throughout the process.

You will ensure an excellent candidate experience, regulatory compliance, and timely hires while partnering with HR and line managers to translate business goals into hiring plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong advisory and communication skills; experience with behavioral interviewing and assessments.
• Proficiency with ATS/recruiting platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end requisitions from intake through offer for core roles.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and provide recommendations.
• Develop tailored sourcing plans and leverage analytics to prioritize channels.
• Advise managers on candidate profiles and interview best practices.
• Ensure compliant processes and high candidate experience.
