• Develops strategies, systems, dashboards and processes for recruitment and workforce development.
• Maintains a workforce development plan and trains staff for healthcare demands.
• Directs day-to-day operational, financial and talent management activities.
• Ensures HR systems align with strategy and create a candidate pipeline.
• Collaborates with faculty, staff and partners to build labor pipelines.
• Maintains dashboards and reports for executive leadership and analytics.
