The Senior HRIS Analyst will drive configuration oversight, reporting, and data quality, while steering cross-functional workstreams and stakeholder communications to ensure a scalable, compliant HR technology platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting HRIS, ERP, or enterprise systems.
• Experience with HRIS administration, reporting, and data management.
• Experience leading Workday implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration, testing, deployment and security.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership.
• Manage data conversions, cleansing, validation, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Provide project leadership, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Deliver training and governance to HRIS users and drive adoption during implementations.
