Qualifications

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic employer partners aligned with UT’s strengths and workforce priorities.
• Advise employers on recruiting strategies using data-informed insights and engagement plans.
• Partner with career services, recruiting operations, and corporate relations to align campus engagement across the university.
• Identify and pursue high-impact employers and expand existing relationships for hiring and collaboration.
